ZHLED Zhenghe Lighting participated in the lighting equipment renovation of Tsinghua University's "New Tsinghua School" and Meng Minwei Concert Hall

Meng Minwei Concert Hall

The Meng Minwei Concert Hall was donated by Mr. Meng Minwei, Chairman of Hong Kong Industrial Group and a Tsinghua alumnus. Academician Li Daozeng of Tsinghua Architectural Design Institute served as the chief designer. As a landmark building for the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua University, it was completed at the same time as the new Tsinghua Academy.

Modified lighting scene

The auditorium has a total of 510 seats, including pool seats and one floor seating. The stage entrance is 12 meters wide and 7 meters high. Configure lighting, sound system, and stage machinery according to professional performance requirements, mainly used for hosting medium-sized performances such as concerts, plays, operas, dance dramas, and various large and medium-sized conferences.

New Tsinghua School

The New Tsinghua Academy is an important cultural facility built by Tsinghua University during its centenary celebration. It was donated by four alumni, Chi Yufeng, Xu Hang, Song Ge, and Fang Fang, and designed by Academician Li Daozeng of the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University.

Modified lighting scene

The audience hall in the venue is equipped with pool seats and two-story pavilions, which can accommodate 2011 seats. The stage is 18 meters high and 11.5 meters wide, equipped with double-sided platforms and a lifting music pool that can accommodate a hundred person orchestra. It is equipped with lighting, sound system, stage machinery, and soundproof covers according to professional requirements. There are also makeup rooms, multifunctional halls, dance rehearsal halls, VIP reception rooms, VIP conference rooms, and other supporting facilities. Suitable for hosting large-scale professional performances and conferences such as symphony concerts, operas, ballet, etc.
