The term 'four schools, two libraries, one base, and one center' specifically refers to the district party school, experimental middle school, fifth experimental primary school, Weicheng experimental primary school, archives, comprehensive library, national defense education base, and party school service center, covering multiple fields such as cadre training, compulsory education, archive management, and talent attraction, with a total investment of 540 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it will inject stronger momentum into optimizing the urban spatial layout, strengthening talent construction reserves, and ensuring the improvement of people's livelihood in Lingcheng District, providing stronger support and unleashing stronger potential.
